The letter from the CPA clearly states what documents he reviewed to base his opinion. Why did Anita Davis use an accountant that apparently has/had his hand in the Chamber’s pockets?

Where’s the beef. Anyone can see the expenditures. What we in Springdale are seeking is where are the results of increased business and development? Where are the reports of meetings, seminars and travels? What has been done to improve cultural
media and understanding? What has been done to improve the workforce?
